INFORMATION ON MAKING A RESERVATION, ACCOMMODATING IN, AND VACATING THE APARTMENT.

Dear guests,
Thank you for your choice to accommodate in the “Veliko Tarnovo apartments” at the city of Veliko Tarnovo.

  1. When making your reservation, please fill in every position of the reservation form.
  2. If you arrive with some other transportation mean, please specify the time of your arrival at the apartment address.
  3. Obligatory is to indicate a cellular phone number with roaming, in order to be able to contact you in the event that you are late for more than 1 hour. The cellular phone number for contact with an accommodation assistant is: 00359 888 83 50 48 .
  4. The accommodation assistant will show you the apartment and will explain you how to use the technical equipment therein.
  5. In any case you will receive a map of Veliko Tarnovo, with a marked situation of the apartment you are located in, and a business card of the accommodation as well: in the event that you need a help or have questions.
  6. Please, provide your passport data to the accommodation assistant, in order to enable us to accordingly complete you address registration.
  7. After having accommodated you, the accommodation assistant will present you the bill for your whole stay, and will process your credit card or receive the due amount in cash.
  8. At the day of the apartment vacation, the accommodation assistant will come in order to get back the keys and to take the payment for the additional services used by you, or for the eventual damages*.
  9. Please, check diligently whether you have inadvertently forgotten your personal things or documents. If, by accident, you’ve forgotten something, we will contact you per ñ e-mail, and will send it to you per post.
  10. Can you inform as do you need a breakfast and what kind of meal you prefer.
