This guest house is an architectural monument which perfectly fits into the amfitheatrical look of Veliko Tarnovo. It is situated in the old and romantic part of the town, on `Gurko` Str. – a major tourist route and one of the symbols of the old capital. From its windows our guest can see the beautiful curves that Yantra river makes around the most spectacular monument in Veliko Tarnovo – Asenevtzi.

`General Gurko` guest house consists of 2 floors. On the first one there is a big `mechana` designed in a traditional Bulgarian style, with stone and woodwork.
On the second floor there are 2 hotel rooms. One of them is a bedroom and the other one has 2 separate beds. Each of the rooms has air-conditioning, a wardrobe, a desk and internet connection. In the cozy living room, which is situated on the same floor, you will find a big fireplace, a sofa and a TV-set. The guests have also a spacious dining room and a modernly furnished kitchenette.

`General Gurko` guest-house is situated very close to the center of Veliko Tarnovo, offering numerous restaurants and night clubs.
The house is located only a few minutes away from the historical Tzarevezt hill which provides our guests the opportunity to enjoy the unique for the Balkans audio-visual spectacle `Sound and Light`.
